This month, the UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage passed a resolution to include the "Tai Chi" declared by my country in the UNESCO Representative List of Human Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Impression Tai Chi Theater
Impression·Tai Chi Theater is 18.2m high, with a total construction area of 17,150 square meters, complete building facilities, and each performance can accommodate about 1,200 spectators. It is reported that after the completion of the project, the performance repertoire will be carefully created by the team of director Zhang Yimou, combining the modern immersive drama with the traditional concept of Tai Chi. Visitors will deeply participate in the interactive experience during the performance and experience the culture of traditional Chinese Tai Chi. trip.
Shanghai Meite Curtain Wall Co., Ltd. is fortunate to serve as the architectural facade system service provider of Impression Tai Chi. It is another special-shaped public building after the Shanghai Planetarium.
The project focuses on the use of a corrugated stainless steel frame curtain wall system in the project. This system is characterized by concave-convex corners and difficult spatial positioning. If on-site installation has large construction errors and is located in the low-level visible area, the visual quality may decrease. In order to cope with this difficult project, the BIM 3D visualization technology will be fully utilized. The positioning points given in the drawings are the spatial points of the outer skin of the curtain wall. During the construction, the positioning points of the plate control points, embedded parts, connectors and keel are all three-dimensional coordinates. In the deepening design, the three-dimensional adjustable hook design is adopted, and the operating space of the construction personnel in the actual construction is fully considered, so that the project can finally show the design effect perfectly.
At present, the Impression Tai Chi Theater project has entered the construction stage of the curtain wall embedded parts installation and is scheduled to be completed in March next year. We expect that the project will add a touch of color to the traditional Chinese cultural tourism industry and become a landmark project in the cultural tourism industry.
