To further promote the spirit of model workers, craftsmanship, and labor, fully leverage the exemplary role of outstanding talents, and inspire the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, six individuals were selected as "Xianghuaqiao Craftsmen" for 2024 by the Xianghuaqiao Subdistrict, following enterprise selection and recommendation, organizational review, expert evaluation, and labor union deliberation. Among them, Li Liang, Dean of our company's Design Institute and a core member of the expert craftsman team, was awarded the title of "Xianghua Craftsman."

Li Liang is currently the rotating Dean of the Design Institute of Shanghai Meite Curtain Wall Co., Ltd. A graduate of Tongji University, he has over 14 years of experience in the curtain wall industry. He possesses solid theoretical foundations and rich practical experience in innovative curtain wall solutions, digital curtain wall technology, and green energy-saving technologies. He holds multiple curtain wall patents and has led the curtain wall design and construction technology for several large-scale projects, including the Huaxin Center and Tianan Qianshu. He is a core member of the "Expert Craftsman Innovation Studio" at Meite Curtain Wall, a leading expert in curtain wall digitalization and green energy conservation. In 2011, he pioneered the application of BIM in curtain walls within the industry. His team received the "Shanghai Worker Pioneer Award" in 2021, the "National Worker Pioneer Award" in 2023, and the "Shanghai Excellent Learning Organization Award" in 2023. To date, our Expert Craftsman Studio boasts one "Yangtze River Delta Master Craftsman," one "Shanghai Craftsman," two "Qingpu Craftsmen," and three "Xianghua Craftsmen," establishing a multi-level talent cultivation system for skilled workers at the city, district, and street levels, and becoming an off-campus teaching practice base for several universities and colleges.
