In July 2018, our lighting design plan passed several rounds of elections and optimizations of the lighting plan. After several cost negotiations with the contract, the lighting business department successfully signed the Qibao Zhongwen Business Plaza project for flood lighting. engineering.

Qibao Zhongwen Business Plaza project is located in Xinzhuang business district, which is an important landmark building in Xinzhuang area. The project faces Qisong Road in the east and Gudai Road in the south, with a total construction area of about 130,000 square meters. The project consists of 4 towers. Buildings 1 and 2 are office and commercial complexes; buildings 3 and 4 are apartment office buildings. The contracted flood lighting project is No. 1 and No. 2 commercial and commercial complexes. The elevation of Building 1 is 87.05 meters; the elevation of Building 2 is 94.25 meters.

Through the pre-service of this project, we have provided the whole process of the feasibility analysis, lighting concept design, scheme effect design, construction drawing design, energy consumption analysis and other links around the needs of the owner. The lighting design and lighting construction team with more than 10 years of experience in our lighting department cooperated very effectively in the early stage of this project, and worked very closely with the curtain wall team. Even in many meetings, we introduced the scheme to the owners in a dual-professional team mode, so that the curtain wall and lighting specialty were integrated.

In this project, we have adopted the new-generation DMX512 parallel bus design wall washer lamp and high-power flood light, which are all RGB full-color LED lighting equipment. Through the selection of lamps and the special design of the light shield, the Perfect visual effect. The LED lamps we choose have the characteristics of low energy consumption, long service life, safety and reliability. Through the intelligent lighting control system, full-color changes can be achieved, and multiple deduction modes can be switched, so that the building can have emotional changes while resonating with people and achieve the effect of gathering people. We can set lighting themes according to different seasons to better integrate with the environment. According to the importance of the time period, we have set a deduction mode, energy saving mode and late night mode for the lighting performance.
