As one of the first companies in China's curtain wall industry to obtain dual Class A qualifications, with 33 years of experience, Meite Curtain Wall has always regarded high-quality project delivery as the foundation of its survival. Recently, the company's Quality Inspection Department selected the "Shanghai Tianan Sunshine Plaza Phase II Project - Tianan Qianshu," a representative ongoing quality project, as a site visit and exchange activity. More than 30 people, including representatives from the company's marketing, engineering, and labor force departments, participated in the activity.

The Tianan Sunshine Plaza project team held a discussion after preparing comprehensive project quality control management documents. The project's challenges included: its complex design with 115 stepped-down structures and 229 curtain wall installation starting layers resulting in no complete installation surfaces; the logical integration of the stone curtain wall system, system windows, aluminum panel curtain wall system, and interlayer aluminum alloy lines, making independent installation difficult; over 100 exterior columns connecting to the facade's triangular pedestals, with the pedestals penetrating the curtain wall and varying finishing dimensions between the curtain wall and the pedestals; the Hong Kong-funded project client, leading curtain wall consultant Thomas Heatherwick Studio, a renowned British architect, personally oversaw the project design and process management, demanding meticulous attention to detail; and the vertical and horizontal double-arc unit cross-joint splicing on the south facade presented unprecedented quality control challenges for design ordering, material production, factory processing, and on-site installation. However, the Meite Curtain Wall project team, with years of experience and unwavering determination, transformed the project into a high-quality benchmark!
