Our design institute won the bid for "Suhe Bay Grand Tong curtain wall project"
In March 2018, our design institute continued to win the new bid for the design and consulting curtain wall project Suhewan Datong project. The Suhewan Datong Project is located at the core of the Suhewan Project in Jing'an District, Shanghai. It is across the river from the Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone. The project is divided into east and west plots, of which the east plot is a commercial office building, covering an area of 8,703 square meters, with a total construction area of about 42,312 square meters. The western plot is a residential building with an area of 17346.4 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 71030 square meters.
The investor of this project is Longsheng Real Estate Group, which was established in 1970 and is an A-share listed company (with a market value of approximately 38.8 billion). A comprehensive multinational group enterprise that integrates multiple businesses such as manufacturing and real estate. The group has more than 30 entities serving 7,000 customers, with agencies in 50 countries and 18 factories in 12 countries. The Datong project is a key construction project focused by Longsheng Real Estate Group in Shanghai. The construction party finally determined the curtain wall design consulting unit of this project through the comprehensive evaluation of technology, business, and design team inspection.

At the same time, our curtain wall design strength and professional service concept have been continuously recognized by the owners and the market, which has established a good industry brand image and influence for the company. In March 2018, the Design Institute of our company realized the "cloud design collaboration ability" to improve the rapid response of the design and continue to work for the creation of expert curtain wall enterprises with special features.
